WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME FOR MY PURCHASED ITEM?
PRINTS
Rolled/Gallery Wrapped: Please allow 10 working days processing time, for your item to be printed, personally signed and Wrapped/packaged.
Framed (UK ONLY): Please allow 14 working days for your item to be printed, personally signed, mounted and framed and carefully packaged.
CLOTHING
Tee’s and SUPERcosy Hoodies can take up to 10 working days to process, prior to shipping.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
PRINTS
Framed Prints can be sent within the UK, but cannot be sent overseas due to the risk of breakages.
Prints can be sent overseas in a Cardboard Tube.

Please allow 5 working days for UK Shipments from notification of Shipment.
Shipping times may vary for European and Overseas delivery. Please contact me with your requirements.
Some rural areas may incur an additional charge (ie Scottish Highlands). If you’re unsure, please contact us prior to checkout.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 working days of receipt, whereby we can discuss your concerns.
If a return is agreed, all items returned must be in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Emelie Art LTD cannot reimburse postage costs.
